🚫 What’s Not Allowed

1. Manipulative Practices

Using tactics like Chamka, lines, or engaging in insider trading is strictly prohibited. Any such activity will lead to immediate account suspension or deactivation.

2. Misuse of Accounts

Sharing your login credentials or allowing unauthorized individuals (like account managers) to place trades on your behalf is not allowed. Violations may result in loss of funds and account suspension.

3. Scalping

Trades that generate profits within 5 minutes of being placed are considered scalping. Any profits from such trades may be removed without prior notice.

4. VPN Usage

Accessing VTrade.live through a VPN is not permitted. Any trades made while using a VPN may be deleted.

💼 Account and Trade Guidelines

5. Dividends & Bonuses

These are credited as per circulars issued by the relevant exchanges and are subject to change according to their policies.

6. Cross Orders

Using multiple accounts or trading from the same IP address to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. Profitable trades identified under such conditions may be removed.

7. Negative Balance Protection

We protect your account from going into a negative balance up to a 30% step-out level. Beyond this, corrective actions may be taken to safeguard the platform.

8. Order Execution

Trades are executed based on bid/ask prices, not on the last traded price (LTP). This may vary depending on market conditions.

⚙️ Technical & Operational Policies

9. Technical Glitches

If you experience any technical issues, report them immediately along with your user ID. This will help us take quick action, including squaring off open positions at the current market price (CMP).

10. Group Trading

Group trading is allowed only with prior approval. Any unapproved group activities may result in account restrictions.

11. Payout Delays

Occasionally, payouts may be delayed due to banking or processing issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

📉 Risk and Compliance

12. Margin Requirements

It is your responsibility to maintain sufficient funds in your account to avoid automatic liquidation of your open positions.

13. Hedging

Hedging is not allowed on the VTrade.live platform. Any attempts may lead to account limitations.

14. Invalid Orders

Placing buy stop or sell stop orders without having an open position, or exceeding your current position, is not permitted and will be rejected.
